this is new to me so i need some help.

i'm a man 27year old born in belgium now hoping to spend the rest of my life here in thailand.

in belgium there is no need to worry about insurence it's as good as free and covers all.

thailand is another story so i thank you if you can help.

i'm not married and i don't work.

what kinde insurence would be the best for me to take to protect me medicaly and incase of an accident?

i'm still young and in good health,and i drive a pick-up not a motorcycle.

what insurence company is best to take for a falang because i hear story's off company's who not pay out incase off a falang being sick or in an accident.
