That's a fair point, as people have, or should have. evolved from the Holocaust and the Khmer Rouge times, but as we see, Myanmar and a couple African nations are still experiencing it. Dictators, like Iran's also, kill at will, because they want ultimate control and power, and their citizens mean nothing to them besides possible votes or labor.
