Bluebell
Looking for descaler crystals, anyone found any here. Tried Homepro, Lotus, Big C etc with no luck. Or citric acid granules (heard they can be used as an alternative). Cheers!

sbk
If you are descaling your coffee machine, use about 2 large tablespoons of vinegar to a pot of water. Let it run, turn it off and let it cool. Then rinse the pot, fill the machine with clean water and let it run through. I then wash the coffee pot in soapy water, rinse well and its good to go for another month or so. Plain cheap white vinegar is the best and can be found anywhere.

Carlos Primeros
If you want to descale a fully automatic Espresso Coffee machine then you should not take vinegar this could damage some parts of the machine. You can buy descaling agent powder or granules at every Bong Cafe Shop. Good luck Carlos Primeros

I don't know if 'virgin quality' would be tautological; but it needs to well aged of course - nothing less than 10 years.
