How do you drop a screen-shot into this posting window? Any free program to do this?

Anyway, below is what I get ... I have installed Flash 7 as requested (twice) and rebooted, but still the same. Reimar's alternative site is the same; will not recognise the Flash download. I'm running xp and Explorer 6.

Normally no problems with the Thai Visa speed test, unless you ask for too many tests in the same day, which is not the case here.

Any practical suggestions to remedy the situation? Thank you.

Speed Test requires at least version 7 of Flash. Please update your client. var fo = new FlashObject("speedtest.swf?v=2.0.0", "speedtest", "600", "400", "7","#ffffff"); fo.write("flashcontent");

Trevor:

May you need to adjust your IE6 settings! Click on Tools and after that Internet Options.

You'll need to check the settings under Security and Avanced. First at all you \'ll need to enable the Java Scripts and than some of the Active X settings.

Try to install Flash again after you've done that.

Than try to run the speedtest again. You can cheoose the TV test or one of this: http://www.speakeasy.net/speedtest/ or http://www.speedtest.com

Cheers.

Reimar, thanks for the quick response. What I had to do was accept the Google taskbar check-box with the Flash download, then it works. Uncheck the box and you can't have the Flash download. Bastards!

I would still like to know how to drop a screen shot in to this posting window for future reference.

You have 2 different ways. The first is to use the Attachment function which means that you need to upload the photo to the Thaivisa Server. Here your space is limited and if you've a lot photos to "show" I would use an different way.

Sign u for some free space on the net for to upload the pictures to there. You can use the same space for other different docs or so as well and who get the access is able to get what you offer there. If you gpo that way, you can use the Insert Image button from the Post Editor to lace the link to the photo t that website. The advantage is that you keep your space at Thaivisa more free and that you can store a lot different files on an place where you've access too from anywhere!

Cheers.

My question was really how do I save a desktop screenshot (via PrtSc button) and put the shot into a post here. I can drop it into a Word document but it won't cut and paste into this posting box here.

Easiest way is to press CTRL+PRINTSCN then paste it into "paint". You can then select just the part you want and save as a jpeg.
