Bank Forclosed

Recommended Posts

I remember some time ago when someone had made a posting regarding forclosure properties here in Bangkok. After some searching I was unable to find it. Does anyone have any information (websites, publications, resources, etc.) that would point me towards this type of property listing.

Regards

google search "bualuang property" which is Bangkok Banks repo boys, and also Bank of Ayuthaya property.

Kasikorn's pages are also easliy found by a google search, theough SCB who i bank with is more difficult to find. So difficult, i cant even find it in my history right now.

SCB Can be found at http://property.scb.co.th/ although you'll need Thia language skills to be able to read it.

Bank of Ayuthaya can be found at http://www.krungsriproperty.com/ and does have English content.

The very best search tool that I have found is at http://www.thailisting.com/main/default.aspx?l=en This site compiles lists of property foreclosure’s from multiple banks in one convenient place.

Better to stick to the bank websites. That last website above is just a traffic redirector with plenty of NON-foreclosed properties @ "wishful thinking prices" thrown in.

We bought two properties through bank foreclosures ( via the courts).

Both between 1998 and 2000.

back then there was plenty of good stuff to be had an no buyers to compete with .. things have changed since
