hello,

it matters as to which telephone service you have, i.e. who supplies the line. if you have a tot line, than look for an isp service that is compatible with them (ji-net). if you have a true line, a true isp. if "outta town" then you have a tt@t line and look for an isp with them.

you can pay as much as 14 baht an hour, or 400 baht a month unlimited.

you might want to try a few different isps, to find one where you are close to the server.
