Senior Application Support Analyst

We are looking for experienced help desk support staff to join our expanding company. The position will primarily be supporting overseas customers in English language, both on the telephone and via email. The role will be a supporting a Windows based application which has been developed in-house. Full training on the software will be given. We are looking for a candidate with a strong technical background, excellent interpersonal skills and good analytical problem solving skills.

Requirements:

A good understanding of TCP/IP networking, security and Windows Server Platform.

Any experience in MS-SQL, CRM and IIS would be advantageous

Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or a related subject.

Be able to communicate fluently in English to both technical and non-technical customers.

This position is open to both Thai and Foreign nationals.

The position will be based in Chid Lom, Bangkok.
