Driving To Phrae

Hi,

I am fleeing Pattaya for Somgkran and will be driving up to Phrae.

It seems I can go up on road 11 or continue on the 1 to Nakhon Sawan and take the 117 to Phitsanulok and up to Phrae from there.

Does anybody have any experience of the best way to go or any other suggestions?

I just made the trip to Phan. Highway 11 is good. Stay on 11 until you pass Utaradit and you see highway 101. That will take you right to Phrae.
