If you have a dial up connection like I do, you'll have to wait a few minutes even after the window message indicates "done". Then it should come up. It's worth the wait. raro Posted October 11, 2004 Share Posted October 11, 2004 I've got the same problem despite the latest version of Acrobat. just "done" and a placeholder for the picture.
