Maybe a odd question, but you can better ask someone then hurt someone. I saw a very nice image of lord buddha and i'm thinking to let this tatoo on my shoulder (left). so my question is, can or may somebody have a tatoo of lord buddha on him.

Yes you can but it must be on your upper body - tattoos of Buddha images can't be below your waist. (I think it's got something to do with being too close to the feet.)
