Does anyone know if any of the game shops around MBK can unlock (downgrade firmware, install ico loaders etc..) PSPs?

yeah just about any shop selling psp's will unlock it for you around 200bt, have a wonder around the 4th floor.

My favorite shop is http://www.nadzproject.com. I just got my PSP firmware changed last week. The shop is over on Silom and they are very friendly. You can usually get games and accessories cheaper than you would at MBK. They are closed at the moment for Songkran so if you can't wait, MBK would be your best bet.
