No Immigration Forms

Featured Replies

Don't know if this have been mentioned already and it isn't really of any importance but apparently Malaysia no longer requires travelers entering the country to fill out any entry or customs forms. I was in Penang this past weekend and when I walked up to the immigration counter upon entry realized that I hadn't filled out any entry form. I figured that I was distracted when they were handing out the forms on the plane but was sure I would have noticed. Figured I would have a pissed immigration officer but then I realized that there was no form required and he just stamped me in :o

Isn't it great they no longer require passengers to fill out that not important form? I read in other thread that there were big delays at Immigration Thailand since many people don't know English and Thai in that form. They stood at Immigration counters to write with help from the Immigration Officers.
