On a multiple entry tourist visa there is an "Enter Before Date". Does anyone know if you actually have to enter before that date? Or is entering on the date permitted? I would assume to brace for the worst, so if the expiration date was on the 30th, you'd better be checking in on the 29th? Just looking to see if anyone has any confirmation one way or the other.

Thanks in advance for the assistance.

Enter before means just that. Enter before the date stipulated.

Seems to me that "before" pretty well equates to "prior to," so if you don't want to get chopped in on a 30-day airport "visa exemption," better show up on the 29th, in your example.

If you're on UA or NW what arrive right close to midnight, and they're delayed a tad, can hope the the Thai immigration officer will be kind and let you in.
