It probably works well on say a home WiFi network with a broadband connection in the U.S.A.

YouTube videos are buffered here in Thailand on my DSL connection so I imagine they would be on a Touch?

There are one click batch YouTube downloaders and converters (to MP4 in this case), I usually queue up quite a few then watch on my PSP "locally".
