but does anybody know where i can get paper plans.

Youn could try ringing the Energy Policy and Planning Office on 02 612 1555, they have plans available apparantly.

Where did you see the downloadable plans?

Our house is fairly large, but you may be able to work with it.

I created it in PowerPoint, so if you have that app and want to PM me, I'll send it to you and you can play around with it.

The floor structure is based on 4meter x 4meter squares of concrete and re-bar framing and then built up from there.

You might be able to develop a decent enough design on your own to get a builder to give you an estimate.

There are also some other house pictures in the photo galleries. You could probably download these, show them to a builder, and ask how much.

i downloaded the plans from the eppo site

there are four different sets of plans.

i have tried to get them printed but i dont want to print them in

england if i can buy in thailand.

i phoned eppo and was told they dont supply them now.

the download is still available
