Non-o 1 Year Multi-entry

Need a non-O in the next week and trying to decide whether to go to KL or Hanoi. Does anyone have recent experience in either place ?

Apart from ease of getting the visa, overall which is cheaper, taking into account airport transfer costs, hotels etc.

The airfare to KL is only marginally more expensive with Air Asia.

Which hotels are convenient to the embassy in both locations. What are the costs ?

How many days does it take to issue the visa in each place ?

Most importantly, which place is the most fun to spend a few days in ?

I would say KL. On what basis are you wanting to get a multi O?

Married to Thai national.

Singapore used to be a sure bet with 400K baht in the bank, but they are not giving them out anymore. Penang and KL seem to be the best bets for multi Os based on marriage from what I have seen in the forum lately.
