You do not 'renew' a consulate/embassy issued visa, you apply for a totally new visa.

Assuming you are married to a Thai you can apply for a new visa in KL or Penang who were both issuing multi-entry visas at last report (Singapore seem to have stopped and are now only doing single entry).

Alternatively, if you are married to a Thai and can demonstrate a family income of 50,000 Baht per month you can extend your current stay without leaving Thailand :o

Not married to Thai but with with thai lady and her child 6 years--and total support of them--will they accept new Non O visa application in Malaysia-- I would have all the relevant docs required.--and can show sufficent funds in bank Australia

Unlikely.

Consulates in the region will expect a marriage certificate.

Some of the consulates in Oz are more accommodating. :o
