Has the Non-Immigration Type-O Marriage Visa been changed or eliminated?

I checked the Royal Thai Embassy, Washington D.C. web site today and could not find information about the Non-Immigration Type-O Marriage Visa. It appears that the marriage visa has been eliminated from the list. There was a Non-Immigration Type-O Family Visa for family reunions listed. My wife is Thai; we were married in the U.S. three years ago and have lived here since. We plan to return to Thailand with our baby daughter this December. I want to apply for a marriage visa.

BKK03, on the application form of the consular office of the Thai embassy in Washington, in section 1 you check the box for “Non-Immigrant Visa”, in section 4 in the field “Purpose of visit” you write “visit family and friends”. Or write "family reunion" as they suggest on their website. You will then be given a non-immigrant visa type O.
