The red flower looks lost in the sea of green.

I think I would have zoomed in more, or cropped.

like this ??

Hi "Who, me ?",

I like the photo, but as "astral" mentioned, too much green in the photo and fair play you corrected it.

So did I, but to my liking

Red on Green and a Lizard to boot.

Hats off to you for this photo.

BTW was "Lady Luck" with you this time as well? :o

Kan Win :D

I'd treat the shot as attached. I've softened off the background and cropped it severely to provide 2 points of interest i.e. the lizard and the flower. Also straightened up the slopping branch as it was leading my eye out of the frame.

I think that by placing the main elements within the "rule of thirds" law it's also strengthened the image.

Hope you agree

Hi Kan Win

Yes Lady Luck was part of the trip.....again !!

Hi The Vulcan,

Sure I agree. The minute the picture is on the web, it stops to belong to me (if it ever did !!)

This other crop is an interesting option...

Thanks all for your help in making this shot so much better than initially

Have a good day

Cheers

Yes you!

Your first picture was just beautiful. All the colors are soft and easy on my eyes. No need to saturate or crop for my taste. Beautifully done...
