Sorry, I don't know if there's one open that late, but here you can get a list of all BKK's Western Union branches with phone numbers. (hope this helps)

I surely appreciate it but it'll be extremely time consuming to try and call every branch to see if they're open. Wish they could just show opening hours on the list. But thanks.

It seems that the only western union at Bangkok airport Suvarnabhumi is at post office and this service stops at 16h30 even when post is opened 24 hours...

Poor them...
