Not a good shot I'm afraid and I'm sure you'll do better the next time.

IMHO here's what's wrong:-

The skyline just does not have enough drama or sufficient colouring to create impact.

The foreground is under-exposed and adds nothing to the image.

The horizon is wrongly positioned i.e. by placing the horizon were you did you have neither a landscape or a skyscape. If you are going for a skyscape place the horizon 2/3rds and more down the frame to show the intent and create impact.

Next time take a reading from the sky, a reading from the foreground and average them out to get a better exposure. Alternatively, bracket the shot to see what you get. You can then adjust with post processing to your taste.
