Navy Dispatches Helicopter to Rescue Five Crew Members of Sunken Fishing Boat
The Second Naval Area Command deployed a helicopter to rescue five crew members, including the captain of a fishing vessel, after their boat sank near Losin Island in Pattani Province. All five were safely brought back to shore following a distress call received by the Second Regional Thai Maritime Enforcement Command Center (Thai-MECC 2). According to reports, on November 24, at around 12:00, Thai-MECC 2 was informed by the Pattani Provincial Port Control Centre that the Narinnarat, a fishing boat equipped with fish traps and weighing 30 gross tons, had capsized. The incident occurred approximately 130 kilometres east of Songkhla’s main shipping channel. Vice Admiral Nares Wongtrakoon, Commander of the Second Naval Area, immediately ordered patrol aircraft, helicopters, and the HTMS Pattani, along with a special operations team, to carry out the rescue mission. The helicopter successfully located and rescued all five individuals, who were found floating in the sea. They were safely airlifted and brought ashore to the Second Naval Area’s Songkhla base. The rescue highlights the preparedness of the Second Naval Area’s disaster relief operations during the northeastern monsoon season. The Naval Command continuously maintains personnel and equipment readiness for both land and sea emergencies to ensure timely assistance for those in need. Picture courtesy of RTN -- 2024-11-26 -

Transgender Congresswoman-Elect McBride Criticizes GOP's Focus on Bathroom Policies
nothing bigoted about this and not only the opinions of maga morons as you call them. Your attitude towards maga seems more bigoted than anything else said here. I am neither maga nor lefty or rightwing in my opinion. But as a father of 4 girls I surely do not want my young girls to see some girl walking into the toilet with their pecker swinging around and them staring at the physical differences or my children. Trans are not exempt from having sex with other women. They do it quite often. Why would any father of a girl or any woman want to have the shame or take risks allowing a physical man into their private space in a bathroom? Being Trans does not exempt them from still having that pecker that can get erect. Also, more to the point, Trans have a lot more emotional stress and problems arising. Giving there to be more chances of them acting out and doing something if they think they can or have the opportunity to do it. Who is to say a girl or woman is really safe in a bathroom when there are Trans present? -

Transgender Congresswoman-Elect McBride Criticizes GOP's Focus on Bathroom Policies
"""“Every single time we hear them say the word ‘trans,’ look what they’re doing with their right hand,” McBride stated. “Look at what they’re doing to pick the pocket of American workers, to fleece seniors by privatizing Social Security and Medicare.” """ 😅🤣🙄 -

Drunk Driver Causes Chaos Near Pattaya, Crashes into Vehicles & Wall Before Being Arrested
At approximately 10:30 on November 25, traffic police from Nong Prue Police Station in Chonburi received reports of a pickup truck recklessly crashing into several vehicles. The incident began near Rai Wanasin Market, proceeded through Lub Lae Alley and Pattaya Rungrueng, and ended in Soi Mab Yai Lia 24, Nong Prue, Bang Lamung District, where the truck collided with a car and a house wall. Upon arrival at the scene, authorities discovered a damaged white Honda Jazz, license plate from Bangkok, with damage on its left side, from the front wheel to the rear wheel. Nearby, the silver Isuzu pickup truck involved in the incident, license plate from Bangkok, was found crashed into a house wall, which had partially collapsed. The truck’s front was severely damaged. The driver, estimated to be 40–45 years old, appeared intoxicated and incoherent. Police detained him and brought him to Nong Prue Police Station for further questioning. The Honda Jazz driver recounted the incident, stating that while driving in Soi Mab Yai Lia 24, the pickup truck appeared to lose control on a curve, narrowly avoiding an electric pole before crashing into their car’s left side and the house wall. The driver noted that the other driver seemed intoxicated. A separate witness, the owner of a gray Ford vehicle, license plate from Chachoengsao, reported that the same Isuzu pickup had crashed into their car earlier in Soi Pattaya Rungrueng. The Ford sustained damage to its right front side. Security camera footage from Pattaya Rungrueng captured the Isuzu pickup colliding with the Ford at around 09:02. The pickup also struck a parked motorcycle with a sidecar while fleeing, ultimately crashing into the Honda Jazz and the house wall. Initial investigations revealed the Isuzu driver had consumed one methamphetamine pill and alcohol prior to the incident. Police reported difficulties in administering a breathalyzer test, as the driver only pretended to blow into the device. The suspect was detained in a holding cell to allow them to sober up, after which authorities plan to conduct drug tests and proceed with legal actions. This chaotic series of events caused significant property damage and public concern, but no injuries have been reported at this time. Authorities are continuing their investigation to ensure justice is served. Picture from responders.CCTV coverage below. -- 2024-11-26 ScreenRecording_11-25-2024 19-19-58_1.mp4 -
