we just got dynasta but i dont understand a thing. How can i just get basic news? All i get is bollywood and chinese TV. our bos says IPM? did we get ripped off?

Basic news can be found on the Asiasat 3s, Intelsat 8, Intelsat 2 (BBC, Bloomberg, Al Jazerra English, Australia Network, Russia Today etc etc)

Your dealers should have provided you with;

1. English or Thai users manuals, or training material

2. Full training so you know what to find on any of the 32 satellites above us here in Thailand.

We still have the old help videos (flash format) for the dynasat boxes on this link http://www.jsat.tv/files/dyna/index.htm and all the training material in our help desk section on web forum (although you will have to dig deep in it as we have not been dynasat dealers for over 2 years now).

Not for very much longer. As you will have seen yourself already, they are changing their encryption as we speak and the dynasat boxes will not work with the new subscription cards, nor by codes.

In my opinion, and from my experience here in Thailand, it would be a good idea to talk to JSAT FIRST.

They have the most up to date information and saved us a lot of money and hassle.
