I have to be guilty as much as any of complaining about dealing with government entities. So I think only fair to mention when they do a good job as well.

I recenly sent a complaint to the TAT via e-mail, which incidentally I was completly wrong on.

They responded within a few hours with a positive suggestion that was correct.

Thanks but the real story is they responded and did so quickly.

That to me shows a lot different mind set the many government entities, not only here but in any of the government entities I haev dealt with in the past.

hey, they are turning it around with this 1 is seems. lets hope that thailand realizes its primary source of income. they have been shooting themselves in the foot so much that before you know it they won't have a leg to stand on.
