Middle East Israel Masses Troops Near Gaza as Ground Invasion Looms
The point is proton was comparing Gazans to rats, exactly the same hate message the Nazis did, comparing jews to rats. -

I get that......................but sometimes it would me nice if the miscreants were apprehended - and punished. There has to be a deterrent somewhere. -

Humans Could Live For 1,000 Years by 2050
I sure hope not. First of all the overpopulation issues alone would be absolutely horrendous, and secondarily who on earth would want to live beyond a hundred? I am not even sure I want to live beyond 90. For me it's all about quality of life, certainly not the length of life. -

Alert! Bangkok Bank new rule money seasoning
Thanks for your posts. I'm curious, as you said you went to Bangkok Bank's head office in Silom for the bank letter (ownership and balance) and 12-month statement. As widely reported in the forum, folks getting the 12-month statement letter from Bangkok Bank have to request it and then wait anywhere from 5-7 days before it is 'produced' and they can receive it. Just wondering if going in to the head branch on Silom, were you able to receive the 12-month statement 'on the spot', ie, at the time you requested it? And not have any 'waiting time' to receive it? Or did you have to make two trips to the head branch? (One to request the 12-month statement, and a second visit to pick it up and also get the 'bank letter'?) You would think the bank's head branch would be able to produce the 12-month statement 'on the spot'. But, don't know, have not read any report of that here. -

Average life expectancy in America is 78 years. 40% of Americans are obese. Average life expectancy in Japan is 84.5 years. 45 of Japanese are obese. Draw your own conclusions. -

Economy Thailand-US to Resume Trade Talks Amid Tariff Concerns
One can only hope, so far the courts have shown little Independence, and most of their decisions that have gone against Trump have been won on appeal. Never forget Trump is one of the most litigious people on the planet, and he loves lawyers and keeping them very busy. That's one of the tactics of a bully and a punk autocrat with deep pockets.
