The bottle has Japanese at the back. All I can read are:

The liquid looks like gel and smells very good, in light blue/green color (not either blue or green).

Are you thinking it might be for personal hygiene (to use the polite phrase )?

I am afraid I've never heard of it, but if the odor is fairly strong and the gel is dyed, I suspect its shower gel as well.
