And for the record,I am more than equipped to live life in a foreign country and have had no issues with any of my previous business dealings,albeit they all have contracts!!! so I am nobodies fool,however on this occasion both my wife and I thought we were dealing with an eduacted man,who basically has spun us a line!

For Jasreeve17 benefit,it would not have mattered if it had been less than 12,000 baht this is not about the monetary value,its the principal of the issue.

I agree with Bergernev and in your case, I believe you have NO legal grounds good enough to win.

Try to negotiate with your landlord. Good luck.
