So, here I am sitting around, whinging about how poor the international connectivity is, and I figured, now would be a good time as any to call up the cust. svc. hotline and bitch at whoever picks the call up.

And also to inquire about switching to the SME plan.

There's just one problem: I can't, for the life of me, find the cust. svc. hotline number. Can't find it on their website either. I'm assuming one exists, because I clearly recall calling it 2 years back, when I moved and had to switch the line over to my new place.

Anyone has their number?

Thanks lots! Gotta get 'round to calling them.

Getting 150kbps download speed after 6pm... on a 2.5mbps line.

I wonder if I should try switching to:

1. SME plan, 2mbps

2. 5mbps line

3. Different ISP

I just need 1mbps to work with, and I can't even get that. *sigh*

Agreed, I'm with KSC.

They happened to be the only provided servicing our area when we came to Thailand, apart from a few minor breaks our link has been up for three years

The only negative, they 'aint cheap (1900Baht for a 512/256 connection, it does run at 512/256 internationally though)
