Visa On Arrival 15/16 Days?

Hello,

I hold an Indian passport and I know that I can apply for visa on arrival for 15 days at the port of entry. I will be arriving in Bangkok on July 10th at 12:20 PM and I have an onward ticket on July 25th at 11:00 AM.

My question is whether the day of arrival is counted as one whole day irrespective of the time of arrival? Do they consider my itinerary as 15 days or 16 days?

Hi - Yes the day of arrival is counted irrespective of the time you arrive.

Ukrishna, the entry stamp that Thai immigration puts in your passport will read “admitted 10 JUL until 24 JUL”. This means that you will have to leave on a flight scheduled not later than 23.59 pm on July 24th.
