Manager Company Hired By Condo Juristic Person Committee (any Special Licenses Required?)

does a management company hired by a Condo Juristic Person committee need to have any special licenses? or does any Thai service company qualify?

I understand a real estate brokerage firm needs a license? but does a condo management company also need a license?

Nope no licenses needed whatsoever, not even for brokerage, I'm sad to say.

The only real estate professionals who need a license in Thailand are valuers.
