GuestHouse Posted June 22, 2008 Share Posted June 22, 2008 I'm a dual national - I occassionally enter and leave Thailand on either of my passports, all quite legal - BUT HERE IS THE RULE: You must leave Thailand on the same passport as you entered on. It is the Visa that matters and the Entry Visa only exists in one Passport, you must present that passport to Immigration as you leave in order to get the exit stamp against the corresponding entry stamp.
