Hi, has anyone had any experience of educating Autistic children inside Thailand?

I am a Brit and my wife is Thai ,our two year old daughter has been diagnosed to be sufferring from Autistic Spectrum Disorder. We will be moving to Thailand soon and I,m concerned that there may not be the special education widely available to suit her needs .

If anyone knows of any contacts I would be grateful if they could pass them on .

Thanks

My Nephew (Thai wife's nephew) is 6 years old and is Autistic but not profound. The help here for children with problems are few and far between. My sister -in-law take the child to mahidol university for speccial Autism classes but I don't know if she pays or not.

Thanks for the info,,,much appreciated.

Sadly there is no "cure" for Autism,it is a mental disability that a child is born with,

however things have a chance of improving if the child is given the correct therapy at an early age.Not everyone is effected the same way and the symptoms cover a broad spectrum.

Again ,thanks for the help.

I've worked with "Autistic" children and teens before. I've noticed that many of these individuals like listenning to fuzzy static frequencies. I think the emerging bio-physics technology would be of some help.

I've known a really smart ninth-grader who is labelled "Austistic." He is very good in economics, but not quite adept in "social skills," and tend to walk on his toes.

Glad you found the school, but perhaps stewart Swerdlow at stewartswerdlow.com can be of some help too.

According to Stewart Swerdlow, "Autistic Individuals are on dolphin frequncy--dolphins can communicate "telepathically."
