Where Can I Find A Xhtml Programmer In Bkk?

I need to find someone who can program in xhtml and little bit ccs. I don´t need the superadvancedpro frim, because the task is quite simple basic level(but I am to stupid). I want the person to be located in Bkk so we don´t have to bother will Paypal and such. Any suggestions? Phantip or where shuold I go in my hunt?

Basic as in "you-could-handle-it-with one or two days traning" Unfortunately I simply is to stupid for this task. Of course the more experience the better (less possible truobles) If it turns out well I have hand out more sites to do.

The site contains of 4 pic placed along eachother and some text. Thats all.

If someone can do that well I plan to ad a menu in css to.
