Can someone help me, please?

It is really getting annoying and I don't know what to do or what causes the problem.

Almost each time when I switch topic, click to go to another forum, on add reply, or answer a pm, or whatever, I first get "this page cannot be displayed'. I need to click on 'back', get the old page back. And do the whole thing again. Sometimes this works, but like today most of the time it doesn't (hope this post wil work).

I've got no problems with my email accounts.

Can someone explain, please?

May you try just to press F5, so it works for me, or Ctrl + F5

Cheers.

I did the F5 and the Ctrl + F5 then did the fast reply. Got again the same message and the message was not placed.

This is really annoying ....

Hi Nienke,

Please clean your cache/temporary internet files, that should help.

Are you using IE or FF? Try with the other one!

He’s right. I get that problem as well, time to time. CCleaner will clean it right up!

Thanks for the help!

As I'm now busy installing CCleaner, my Spybot program gives the message that it has detected 'an important registry entry that has been changed."

Problem is that I have no clue what 'AtiveX Distribution Unit' is. And, thus, I don't know if I should allow or deny the change.

Any advice, please?

Hi, the problem lies in the fact that Thai Visa has just gone through a major

update and the Thai ISP's cache the pages on their servers. (ie that means they

save the page on their server) So, you are viewing old pages. Best case

solution, clear your cache, delete temporary files (instructions for clearing

all browser's caches can be found here: http://www.wikihow.com/Clear-Your-Browser%27s-Cache).

Make sure you are not on ThaiVisa when you do it. Then, restart your computer

and re-boot your modem. (turn it off for a few minutes then turn it back on).

This should fix the problem///

Best Regards,
