Safari For Windows

Featured Replies

Just typing this on Safari for Windows - it's now good.

The two main problems that were in the first release have been taken care of:

- Font smoothing can now be adjusted via preferences so it looks less fuzzy and more like a Windows app. It also works much better on a laptop screen where the default font smoothing just looked bad.

- Unlike the first iteration, this one doesn't crash and burn all the time. In fact, so far there's been only 1 crash in a week's worth of use. By Safari standards, that's normal :o

What's left is a very fast, neat, mature web browser. A good alternative to FF3. I particularly like and can't live without Safari's built-in RSS reader and the page search.

It's also colour space aware, for those that insist shooting with Adobe RGB et al.
