Thai Ged

Featured Replies

Its been mentioned before that there is a Thai equivalent to the GED. Does anybody have any specifics on this program? I would like to know because a friend of my girlfriend is 19 and wants to go back to highschool. When I asked her how much more time she had left she said 3 years. It just doesn't make sense to me to go back to high school until she is 22. Seems like a GED and a lower ranked university would be a faster more productive route.

Don't know what a GED is, but several of my staff are continuing studying during rthe evenings or at weekends. Most seem to be using the Rachmankala Institute.

It is called Gor Sor Nor. It is for students who cannot take regular classes or who would like to go back to school and finish. It is available at most large high schools, ask at one near you or at your amphur. Sorry, that is about all I know, just know it exists.
