I just got my one year Non-Imm O visa with mutiple entry and this is first time applying for the thai visa. The consular never asked me anything such as bank statement, bank guarantee, my thai wife ID, family photo, house book and etc. They only asked me the marriage certificate in English (not marry in Thailand) and my thai wife passport...that's all. Moreover the visa fee is waived (free) and took us to apply and get it within 10 mins only.

One thing I need to know whether can I work in Thailand, if you could assist me. Thanks.

If you find a job and get a work permit, you can work.

The citizens of some countries get visas for Thailand free. Therefore, you obviously are a citizen of one of these countries.
