If I wrote ใบหน้าของเขาสีแดงเพราะเป็นอาย would a Thai person know if I meant shy, embarrassed, or ashamed?

What converational words would best describe the:

Feeling one has when someone (you don't know) mentions that your zipper is down. (embarrassed)

Feeling some people have when they're at a party and don't know anyone else in attendance. (shy)

Feeling one has when someone recounts stories of your past transgressions. (ashamed)

You should leave เป็น out or use รู้สุก (ใบหน้าของเขาสีแดงเพราะเขาอาย).

อาย carries all these meanings, but I am sure there are ways to be more specific.

I'll answer this one:

Feeling some people have when they're at a party and don't know anyone else in attendance.

I would describe this with:

เขาเป็นคนขี้อาย (he's a shy person)
