China Eastern is handling the luggage forwarding for KLM. Three bags went missing in Shanghai. 8 days later,

  • they failed to provide a valid phone number

  • they could not tell me where exactly to pick up the luggage

  • they have an address to deliver the luggage to

Q: Which experience do you have? Any advice? In Europe, where a taxi often costs them more than 5,000 Baht, they deliver luggage to the door.
