Stuffed Bell Peppers

Featured Replies

Just cooked/ prepared our dinner for tonight:

Stuffed bell peppers with minced meat.

Found some nice and small bell peppers in TOPS and not too expensive, 6pcs for 69Baht a pack.

700g minced beef, 700g minced pork, 2 jars of tomato sauce.

Precooked my tomato sauce with some onions and garlic and seasoning the mixed minced meat.

After filling the peppers I let them simmer for around 25 minutes in the sauce, dont like them too soft.

Eating together with some steamed rice it's a perfect dinner for us.

The leftovers from the minced meat will be fried as burgers.

Looks wonderful. True comfort food. Where's my dinner invite? :o

Those mini-peppers look great. I hadn't seen those in Thailand before. I usually mix rice into the beef mixture, but with the mini-peppers, I think it's a good idea to serve the rice on the side.
