Wheat-free Pasta

Featured Replies

Does anyone know where I can buy wheat-free pasta in Chiang Mai?

So far I've looked in Tops Chang Phuek, Tesco, Rimping Nawarat & Meechok, and Carrefour but no luck yet.

Does it exist here or am I going to have to get some sent over from the UK???

When I lived in Chiang Mai, I'd never seen it (though, it's been five years now). However, they definitely have it in Bangkok (Ogran brand) at most Villa Market's and the Central / Emporium / Paragon grocery stores.

Buy a bread making machine they make pasta and gluten free bread. You can buy gluten fee flour from some villa in BKK or buy it from home its a lot cheaper. San remo make excellent g/f pasta and even looks like real pasta but unfortunately not in Thailand. What about thick rice noodles?
