Does anyone know of a free webmail solution with sms notification on new mail?

Loxinfo used to have it but they stopped offering it (without telling their customers, we had to find out the hard way).

MSN offers a solution but the only notification is that you have a new mail, I'd like to be able to see both who the mail is from and the subject field .. at least as much as can fit into the sms message.
