True Mail Adsl And Change Of Location In Bkk

Moving from east of Bangkok to the north of the city:

2 weeks ago, an employee at a True counter tells us I cannot have the same phone number but I can keep my e-mail address. After installing the phone line, it will take one day to be able to use my e-mail at the new location...

Later... another one tells us it will take 2 weeks before using the same e-mail address at the new location...

Now, the main office tell us it's impossible to have the same e-mail address as the new location in that part of the city doesn't use the same server! I need a new e-mail address.

Dumb system...

Don't EVER rely on a Thai mail server. There has been several examples here at TV.
