Hi all

Can anyone give me some advice to my problem..

When I run my scandisk it cuts out only to say error on VWIN32. If I try too run defrag it will not run until I fix errors on my disk.

I've got no idea where to go next.

Vwin32 is a virtual device loader (VxD). You have to find out which device is throwing the exception and reinstall driver.

Resolution

Open the nvidia 3D desktop Utility

View the settings and disable the desktop utilities/desktop manager.

Also maybe due to a virus...do a visus scan

Try running scan disc in dos mode (depending on your OS)

Try running Scandisk in Safe Mode. Type 'Safe Mode' into Microsoft Help for info on how to start in Safe Mode.
