It appears the picture is posted as a hyperlink, not as an image file. What you need to do is to copy the link to the picture (which you've already got in your original post), then click on the icon just above the text box (4th icon from the right, when you position your mouse over it a text box will appear that says "Insert Image". Right next to the icon you click to insert a hyperlink). When the dialogue box opens, paste the link to the picture and click OK. (Preview the post to ensure it shows up properly.)
