I just want to know how difficult to set up 2 M bath company in thailand and How much would be cost. What is the steps to start business . Do we have to show 2 M Bath capital right away and getting to foreiners work permit with this business possible ? Any input to this appriciated.

Not difficult if you work with someone that knows what they are doing.
and How much would be cost.

2,500 Baht + VAT for legal plus 12,520 in government fees. It's more money if you need to be a minor shareholder and need safeguards to protect your investment then add 3,000 Baht legal and 2,000 government fees. However if you are doing hotel mgmt, export or manufacturing then you can own the business 100% as a foreigner.

Corp tax Id 3,000 Baht.

Vat registration 3,000 Baht

Work permit 6,500 Baht

One year visa 6,500 Baht

What is the steps to start business .
Pick three names for your company in case the first choice has been taken. Have a passport.
Do we have to show 2 M Bath capital right away
