Star Power Saver

Featured Replies

I recently contracted and paid to buy a Star Power Saver from a Jerry Dubin. It was supposed to save me on electricity in my bar/Guesthouse

My bills have increased!!! :o

I can not locate Mr Dubin despite several SMS's emails & Phone messages

I understand this product is made in Bangkok and I was visited by a guy about 1 month ago who knew the management and was going to get them to contact me.

I have today posted an enquiry on their incomplete webpage www.starpowersaver.com but am not convinced they will contact me

Does anyone know how to contact them - an adress or phone number as I am not certain that Mr Dubin has been entirely open with me and possible them.

Try google "free energy" and you can buy devices that gives you totally free energy. :o

[email protected] ---- That email just tells me they are shit..

This is all i can find with out breaking the law :o

Did you not think that if this was possibe every house in the world would have one???

Is this one of those devices that are supposed to adjust the power factor? Apparently they don't work. The theory behind the operation is sound but is not easy to implement on a domestic system. There's one on the market called the 'Eco-Saver' - just plug into any electrical outlet in your home - and this doesn't work either!

The whois information that is publicy availible gives a Thai mobile telephone number:

08 4782 3566

The use of such 'power factor' units to reduce domestic electric costs has been covered a few times within the forums here on Thai Visa. The OPs low post count may suggest that being an active member and reading the boards might inform and educate to help avoid such snake oil cures. BTW that web site is very ropy.

Dear OP - how did you come to purchase such a unit, and I must ask - how much did you pay ?

Pretend that you're someone else and that you want to BUY one.

I'm sure he'll crawl out of the woodwork at the propspect of another sale.
