Savannaket Tourist Visa?

I'm wondering if I can get a tourist visa from Savannaket, Laos? Are they still issuing visas the same day they are submitted? Or must I go to Vientien?

Believe they will issue single entry but not same day. Vientiane will issue 2 entry.

Savannakhet as well as Vienntiane have never issued visas on the same day, at least not the last 2 years.

And noways they ask you for your bank book. The reason why Jack Golf stopped their tourist visa tours to Savanakhet.
