Michael Moore Predicts Trump’s Political Demise in 2024, but Warns Against Complacency

A European company intends to establish a small representative office in Bangkok or Chiang Mai from which the regional head as well a registratio specialist (me) are the only expats. I have still no contract since this company told me that they have to employ 8 local persons (for one expats 4 local people shall be employed). But altogether this company nees only a local sales person, a cleaning person and a secretary.

Does anybody know whether this rule is correct (1 foreigner = 4 local persons) or is there another possibility to establish a regional office with 2 foreigners and only 3 local emploees?
