i'm a male 50 years old. I am sufering from spots on the face especialy around the chin and jaw.

I have had the problem before but not as bad as since i arrived in Thailand.

Since the problem started i have been using plenty of aftershave but that's not having any effect.

Does any one know what causes it and how to cure it?

You should visit a good dermatologist, I once started developing facial spots/lesions and it turned out to be herpes zoster (shingles)! luckily it was quickly diagnosed and treated.
